Us: When you pre-order, you’re reserving your item from our next batch of production. Pre-orders are typically fulfilled around the time we promised to deliver. #4 Can I change or cancel my order?

Us: If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. We’ll do our best to accommodate requests made after this timeframe but can’t guarantee changes once the order is in processing.
